How to register account ?

  1. Go to POPMACH.COM and click "LOGIN / SIGNUP" on the top right corner.
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button.
  3. Fill in the registration form and submit.
  4. You will receive a verification email, please check your email and follow the instruction to finish your verification.
  5. All done and you can submit your enquiry now.

How to reset password ?

  1. Go to POPMACH.COM and click "LOGIN / SIGNUP" on the top right corner.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password" button.
  3. Enter your registered email.
  4. You will get a link to reset the password in your email. Please reset it via the link.

How do I submit enquiry ?

  1. Select the machinery or service you are looking for. (e.g. Buy forklift).
  2. Answer a couple of questions which we have tailored for each categories.
  3. Provide the information and be as detailed as you can, let the supplier select the right product / service for you.
  4. Click "Submit" and wait for Suppliers to get back to you (normally Supplier will contact User within 48 hours of request submission).

Enquiry Process

  1. Select the service you are looking for (e.g. Buy forklift).
  2. Answer couple of questions which we have tailored for different categories.
  3. Provide the information and details as you can, let the supplier select the right product / service for you.
  4. Click "Submit" and wait for Suppliers to get back to you (normally Supplier will contact User within 48 hours of request submission).

Quote Process

  1. During quoting, the transaction is negotiated between the supplier and the customer.
  2. Remember to have a black and white agreement before transaction.

How to pay the service provider after I confirmed the hire ?

Transaction and payment are the issue that Popmach don’t interfere. After you confirm the hire, you can negotiate the payment method with the service provider through messaging in chat, email or by phone call.

How to become a Supplier ?

A few steps to register,
  1. Go to POPMACH.COM and click "LOGIN / SIGNUP" on the top right corner.
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button.
  3. Fill in the registration form and submit.
  4. You will receive a verification email, please check your email and follow the instruction to finish your verification.
  5. Login to your account.
Edit your Company Profile and Service Preference,
  1. Go to Account Setting and click "Company".
  2. Fill in your Company information and click "Update".
  3. Click "Preference" to select the field you prefer to work on.

How to contact the Customer ?

  1. If you are interested in the task and would like to send quotation to customer.
  2. You should first review customers’ requirements and details.
  3. Then, you should click "Response" button at request centre or task detail page.
  4. You can contact the customer either by website chat.

How to send media / files ?

When you have unlocked the task request, you can upload the quotation in PDF, JPG, PNG or TEXT format by clicking "Document" icon in website chat.

How to find suitable customer ?

  1. To identify the right customer, you will need to first identify your business categories.
  2. Go to setting page and select "Preference".
  3. Select the right categories that suit your business in task alert.
  4. You will receive the filtered task alerts when there is new task requests.
